It is possible to schedule an appointment to try our products at our location. We are located in Saint Bruno on the south shore of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Moreover, by attending our Peau à Peau information sessions, you will be able to test our different baby carriers, as well as learn the various techniques and ways of using them. For a list of our upcoming events, visit our List of Events page.
Orders can be placed by Internet, but they can also be made by phone, if you prefer.
Please Note: All our prices are in Canadian dollars

Because our top priorities are your security and your comfort, Maman Autrement offers two secure forms of payment. For internet orders, we have chosen one of the most universally recognized partners, both for its security and its reliability.
The two options available to you are:
- Certified cheque or money order: Your order is held for (a maximum of) 7 days and will be processed on reception of your cheque or money order.
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or money transfer: simply enter your credit card number; it is not necessary to sign up for Paypal. No banking or credit card information is stored on the mamanautrement.com site
Your order will be processed and dispatched to you between 24 and 48 hours after your payment is processed. Depending on the availability of some goods, we will notify you immediately in the case of any additional delays.
Delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Postal delivery normally takes 2 to 5 working days in Canada and the United States, and 4 to 8 working days for Europe. If requested, we can forward you the postal tracking number so that you can track your order. Maman Autrement is not responsible for any delays in delivery.
You can also opt for express delivery. The price for hhis option is available on request.
For Canada and the United States:
- Between 0 and $50: $8.50 CAD
- Between $50 and $150: $10.50 CAD
- Between $150 and $200: $12.50 CAD
- Between $200 and $400: $15.50 CAD
- Over $400.01: $17.50 CAD
All taxes and fuel charges are included.
For Europe: please contact us directly.
If, at the time of delivery, the packaging is damaged, torn, or opened, you must verify the state of the contents. If your order is damaged, you must refuse the parcel and make a note on the delivery form. If no note or complaint is made when the parcel is received, we will unfortunately not be able to provide any refund.
You have 7 days, afters reception of your order, to return any product that does not fit, is not appropriate for you (excluding books), or does not conform to your order. The product must be returned in its original packaging, without having been used nor washed, and in perfect condition. All shipping costs are your responsibility. There are no refunds; a store credit valid for 2 months will be given to you.
Maman Autrement does all it can to protect your privacy. We do not share, exchange, or sell any customer information at any time.
We add all new customers to our monthly neswletter because we like to remain in contact with you and to keep you informed of our latest news. However, if you do not want to be added to the mailing list, or wish to be removed, contact us by email and we will immediately make the necessary changes.
Maman Autrement reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but we will attempt to respect the price listed at the time of your order.
If you would like to send a gift, we can mail the order directly to this special person. If that is the case, specify that this is a gift when placing your order, specify the complete mailing address of the recipient, and add any personal message you would like added to the gift. The gift will be sent without price or tags.
For an additional $3 cost, we can wrap the gift in a beautiful gift bag with tissue paper.
Gift certificates are available. You can choose any amount, in multiples of $5 CAD. We can either send the certificate to you, or directly to a person of your choice. We can include a personal message if you specify one at the time of your order.
