  • Training: intended for group leaders and professionals, people who want to voluntarily support and encourage authentic emotional bonding between parent and child, through various proven babywearing techniques.
  • Expositions: in order to promote, through images and in real examples, the parent-child bond and a gentle way to welcome the smallest members of society.

History

The Peau à Peau network was formed from local groups operating in France and Belgium and an international organization. In 2007 Peau à Peau Québec was born.

Products: Our partners sell all the baby carriers that we demonstrate as part of the babywearing workshops given by the Peau à Peau network.

Quality and Service: By purchasing through our partners, you are much more likely to discover quality babywearing. You’ll benefit from truly professional service and lend your support to the work of training babywearing team leaders, professionals and trainers, begun in 2002 by a non-profit group.

Experience: These partners have much experience in terms of information and in helping parents who want to “wear” their baby. The managers of these businesses are involved in the heart of our network. They have the benefit of ongoing training in babywearing and in its instruction. They have much experience with parents, parents-to-be and professionals.

Professionalism: They won’t push baby carriers as baby shower gifts, or suggest you buy a wrap longer than you need (a length suited to you is important; a wrap that’s too long can be difficult to adjust and to use), and won’t recommend a wrap over other baby carriers.

Choice: The ideal baby carrier doesn’t exist. Some baby carriers might seem easier to use for some , for others they may seem more complicated. This is why we prefer a rich and varied list of possible solutions.
